Question 1

What is SPARK Pro Membership?

Accepted Answer

SPARK Pro is a **subscription plan** designed specifically **for people who need a car almost every day**.

The advantages of SPARK Pro are that it gives you access to all models of electric cars under the same conditions and allows you to drive unlimited kilometers and trips, within 90 minutes for each day of the membership. After the daily limit of minutes is exhausted, you travel at more favorable prices - according to the Recharged plan.

SPARK Pro is available as a weekly and monthly plan that automatically renews upon expiration. Termination of the subscription is possible at any time, continuing to enjoy the benefits until the end of the already paid period.

Our goal is to present to our users **all the advantages of a private car, without any of the disadvantages - you use a car whenever you need it, with all costs included at a fixed and affordable price.**

Compared to standard pricing, with SPARK Pro you **save up to 63% on the value of your trips** (based on a comparison, as of October 2025, of average usage over the last 6 months under SPARK Pro versus standard rates).

More details on the terms of the plan can be found in the SPARK Pro Plan Supplemental Agreement - **here**

Question 3

How to start or cancel your SPARK Pro membership?

Accepted Answer

You can activate, change, or cancel a subscription plan in the **“My Plan” section** of the mobile app.

By choosing the SPARK Pro subscription plan, you agree to make recurring payments from your payment card.

You can cancel your SPARK Pro subscription at any time and switch to other plans. The preferential conditions for the SPARK service remain valid until the end of the membership period you have already paid for.

Question 4

How can I check my daily minutes balance?

Accepted Answer

The minutes used for the day are visualized when selecting a car from the map, under the information about the vehicle. When you unlock the car and start your session, you will see in real-time your remaining minutes for the day. In the "My Plan" section, you will find the same information.

If you have difficulty finding the minutes, contact the Customer Support Center.

Question 5

Will my SPARK Pro daily minutes add up?

Accepted Answer

No, for each day of the subscription plan, **you have 90 minutes**. The included minutes counter is reset at 00:00 every day.

If you are in an active session at 00:00, you will automatically be switched to the Recharged plan prices, regardless of whether you have exceeded your limit for the past day.

To reset the counter for the new day, you must end your session and start a new one.

Question 6

What happens when I exceed the included minutes?

Accepted Answer

If you use up daily SPARK Pro minutes, Recharged plan pricing will automatically apply. So, you can use higher-class cars at lower prices per minute.

Any new session on the same day after this limit is exceeded will be charged at Recharged plan prices.

The minutes counter will reset after 23:59 on the same day and you will have a new 90 minutes for each day until the end of your active subscription period.

Question 7

Can I use Daily Packs with SPARK Pro?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can. If you need a SPARK car for a longer period, you can choose a long-term offer from SPARK. When a Daily Pack is activated, your SPARK Pro subscription is paused.
**For example:**
With an active weekly SPARK Pro subscription that starts at 12:00 on Monday, your next payment will be at 12:00 the following Monday.
If you choose a 2-day pack with 200 km included on Saturday, your SPARK Pro subscription will be paused from the start of the long-term pack until the end of the session.
Your SPARK Pro subscription resumes when you end your session and is extended by the same number of days that were included in the selected long-term pack.
In the 2-day example, your SPARK Pro subscription will be extended by 2 days, so your next payment will be due on Wednesday instead of Monday.
