The driver must reimburse Ride Share Bulgaria EAD or the INSURER for the full amount of the damage in the following cases:
- Driving the vehicle after consuming alcohol above the legal limit or while under the influence of a narcotic substance or its analogue.
- Refusing to undergo a test for alcohol, a narcotic substance, or its analogue.
- Taking medication or dietary supplements for which driving is contraindicated, before driving the insured vehicle.
- Driving the vehicle without holding, or having lost the right to hold, a driving license for the relevant vehicle category, including if deprived of the right to drive by a court or administrative order.
