Question 1

How to use SPARK for a few days?

Accepted Answer

You can use SPARK cars for as long as you need. If you plan to cover more distance, consider **long-term offers with included kilometers at a fixed price**.

To select a long-term offer, log into the app and choose a car from the map. Then select "Long Term Offers" to view the available packages for 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 14, or 30 days.

When choosing a long-term offer, you'll be charged the full price upfront when unlocking the vehicle through the app.

It's important not to end your user session. Lock the electric car using the key or remote control to keep it reserved for the duration of your purchased package.

You can learn more about Daily Packs and long-term travel in the **Daily Packs** and “**Long-term rental**” sections.

Question 3

How do I activate a Daily Pack?

Select a car from the map in the app and then tap **“Long-term”**. There you will see the available Daily Packs, the included kilometers and the price. Once you unlock the car, the pack’s time starts counting down.

Question 4

How do I pay for a Daily Pack?

Payment is made upon purchasing a long-term offer. The package is activated as soon as you unlock the car. While the package is active, you can view details about it in the app, including the period, trip start time, and duration.

Question 5

How do I buy several Daily Packs?

Accepted Answer

If you want to extend your trip, you can activate a new package while the previous one is still active. You can extend it multiple times. Click on "Extend long-term package," select a new one, and click "Extend." The package will be extended once the previous one expires.

Question 6

Can I cancel a Daily Pack?

Accepted Answer

After activation of the long-term offer, the amount is non-refundable.
