You can pick up a cable from Kiler at 22 Abagar St. in Sofia City Logistic Park, behind Tsarigradsko Shose Blvd., for Sofia, and by prior arrangement over the phone for Plovdiv. Cables are provided to SPARK users during Kiler’s business hours.
When requesting a cable, you must:
- Show an active SPARK profile.
- Fill in a handover protocol, which you keep until the cable is returned.
The charging rules are written on the back of the cable, and we recommend that you follow them strictly. Charging at home can take up to several hours, so plan your trip carefully.
